Shipping Policy
Overview
We specialize in shipping large commercial and restaurant equipment. Due to the size, weight, and freight classification of these items, shipping is handled via third-party freight carriers (LTL/FTL), and costs are calculated based on several variable factors.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges displayed at checkout are estimates only. These estimates are based on the information available at the time of purchase, including product weight, dimensions, and freight class.
Final shipping charges may vary due to factors including, but not limited to:

Carrier reclassification of freight

Changes in weight or dimensions at time of shipment
Freight Adjustments
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Final shipping costs may differ from the amount charged at checkout

Any additional freight charges will be communicated to you prior to shipment whenever possible

We reserve the right to invoice or charge the original payment method for any additional shipping-related costs incurred after checkout
If additional charges apply, we may:

Contact you for approval before processing the order, or

Issue a separate invoice payable prior to shipment
Order Processing & Shipment
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Freight shipments are scheduled after order verification and, if applicable, final shipping charges are confirmed.
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

The delivery location is accessible for freight trucks

Appropriate arrangements are made for unloading (unless liftgate or inside delivery services are requested in advance)

Someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment at the time of delivery
Additional fees may apply for:

Missed delivery appointments

Redelivery requests

Storage or detention charges
Inspection & Damage Claims
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery.
If there is visible damage:

We understand that, due to factors beyond our control, items can sometimes get damaged in transit. Please inspect your delivery very carefully and refuse shipment if you see any significant damage. Please note ANY visible damage on the Bill of Lading, and remember to get a copy, with the damage clearly noted and contact us within 24 hours so that we can help process your claim and get you a replacement unit, if necessary. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, we may not be able to process the claim for you, so please make sure to contact us immediately with any damage issues.
Failure to document damage at delivery may result in denial of a damage claim.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other factors beyond our control. Estimated transit times are not guaranteed.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed for shipment. If freight has already been scheduled or dispatched, cancellation may result in additional fees.
