Efficient Heating System

It sports a unique 125,000 BTU, 80% efficient vertical atmospheric generator design, which uses only 75M BTU when one compartment is in use. The patented high-velocity steam jets heat water quickly and circulate a high volume of steam naturally, without using trouble-prone fans. The rear-mounted steam generator is fully insulated to maintain optimal temperatures.

Coved Interior

The unit's interior cooking chamber is coved to maximize steam circulation and simplify the cleaning process.

Well-Designed Doors

The left-hinged doors of the 24CGA10 have a two-piece compartment and a reversible gasket for a leak-proof, airtight seal.
